V1 focuses on GeraHome bookings where the provider has an active Gera Services Passport. Coverage model: - The action must have a signed Gera action receipt. - The provider must be warranty eligible. - The warranty is capped by policy and country configuration. - Preferred resolutions are rebook, platform credit, then refund where Gera controlled the payment. - Claims require evidence and must be filed inside the policy claim window. - This is an action warranty and limited service guarantee with capped remedies.
