Eligibility Criteria

All of the following must be true for a claim to be considered:

  • Consultation booked through a Gera platform with a signed action receipt
  • Provider held an active Gera Services Passport at Expert or Elite tier
  • Claim supported by a written second opinion from a qualified legal professional
  • Claim submitted within 7 days of the consultation
  • Dispute concerns advice given within the agreed consultation scope only

What Is Not Covered

Exclusions specific to this claim type:

  • Outcomes of legal proceedings — this warranty covers advice quality, not litigation results
  • Advice that was correct at time of delivery but later changed due to law changes
  • Consultations where the client withheld material facts
  • Solicitor-client privilege — resolution is via Gera mediation, not court action
