Eligibility Criteria

All of the following must be true for a claim to be considered:

  • Booking made on a Gera platform with a signed action receipt
  • Provider held an active Gera Services Passport
  • Incomplete state is documented within 48 hours of the expected completion date
  • The agreed scope and timeline were stated in the booking confirmation

What Is Not Covered

Exclusions specific to this claim type:

  • Delays caused by customer-requested scope changes after booking
  • Work paused due to weather or force majeure where provider gave notice
  • Consequential costs such as alternative accommodation
  • Projects requiring planning permission that the customer had not obtained

How to Make a Claim

Follow these steps in order. Evidence must be submitted within the claim window.

    Find the booking receipt and tap "Raise a concern — work incomplete"

    State clearly what was agreed versus what was delivered

    Upload photos showing the current state of work

    Gera reviews within 24 hours and mediates with the provider

    If provider does not return within the agreed period, capped credit or refund is issued
