Eligibility Criteria

All of the following must be true for a claim to be considered:

  • Transcription job booked through a Gera platform with a signed action receipt
  • Provider held an active Gera Services Passport
  • Accuracy or completion issue reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The source audio or video file was of acceptable quality (audible speech, minimal noise)
  • Evidence of the accuracy gap is provided (comparison of transcript to source)

What Is Not Covered

Exclusions specific to this claim type:

  • Source files with heavy background noise, overlapping speakers, or inaudible sections not disclosed at booking
  • Preference disagreements over formatting style (punctuation, paragraph breaks)
  • Transcriptions of copyrighted or legally restricted content
  • Human transcription accuracy expectations applied to AI transcription booked as AI-only

How to Make a Claim

Follow these steps in order. Evidence must be submitted within the claim window.

    Upload the source file and the delivered transcript for comparison

    Resolution: re-run with human review, or partial/full refund based on error rate
