What is Gera Action Warranty?
Gera Action Warranty is a limited service guarantee that covers bookings made through GeraHome with Gera Passport-verified providers. When something goes wrong with a covered service — the work is incomplete, materially not as described, or the provider does not show up — the Action Warranty provides a remedy through re-service, partial refund, or claim resolution.
What does the warranty cover?
Covered events include: provider no-show after a confirmed booking, service materially incomplete compared to the agreed scope, and work that fails within 30 days due to provider error. The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, damage caused by the client, disputes where the client changed the scope without agreement, or services booked outside the GeraHome platform. How to make a warranty claim
To make a claim: submit a claim through the GeraHome app within 7 days of the service date; upload supporting evidence (photos, written description of the issue, and booking reference); a Gera claim reviewer will assess within 48 hours and contact both parties. Resolution options include re-service with the same or alternative provider, partial refund, or mediated dispute resolution.
