What the Gera Action Warranty covers
- Failure to complete the agreed service scope
- Serious quality defects identified within the 14-day warranty window
- Provider no-shows on confirmed bookings
Not covered: change of mind after service completion, work outside the original booking scope, or damage caused by the customer.
