Gera Action Warranty is a built-in guarantee on eligible bookings made through Gera products. If a service fails to meet a published standard, the warranty workflow triggers automatically — signed receipt, structured claim, and a defined remedy.

How it works

1. 1. Book on a covered Gera product

   Eligible bookings (e.g. a verified GeraHome provider) automatically generate a warranty receipt at confirmation.

2. 2. Service is delivered

   Provider performs the work. Outcome is recorded against the published standard for that service category.

3. 3. Claim if it fails

   If the service did not meet the standard, open a claim from your dashboard. The remedy (rework, refund, partial credit) is defined in advance and triggered automatically.
